Summary Elaine has a problem sleeping in her new apartment because of a nearby constantly barking dog. Kramer, Newman and Elaine commit a dognapping scene and take the dog far out of the city. George gets back with Susan Ross, his former girlfriend from NBC and he asks her to marry him. Jerry breaks up with his girlfriend again.
