(1) Open Control Panel (2) Paste the following in the address bar: "Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Devices and Printers" (3) Right-click device of interest (4) On the Bluetooth tab, update the name (5) Click Apply and OK (6) Open Settings > Bluetooth (7) Disconnect Bluetooth device, then reconnect
