Email Setup on Smartphones for Office 365

Overview¶

This article documents how to setup email on an Android or iOS smartphone for Microsoft Office 365.

Android Procedure¶

1. With Wi-Fi or Mobile Data enabled, navigate to Applications > Email

2. Specify your Office 365 credentials and click Next

3. Click Exchange

Domain\Username = (your email address)
Password = (Office 365 password)
Server = outlook.office365.com

4. Click Next

iOS Procedure¶

Procedure for iPhone is the same as for Android, with the following exception.

Domain = (leave blank)
Username = (your email address)
