Report File Format - SQL Server 2005

Although it is possible to edit SSRS report files (SQL Server Reporting Services RDL/RDLC files) in Visual Studio 2005 with SQL Server Express 2005, the Visual Studio toolbox is empty, so there's no way to add any controls to a report. The following file is presented as a work-around to this, and can be downloaded here. This report template contains all available report controls. To use this template, first download it to your source code folder and rename it with a RDLC file extension. Then add it to your solution, and you can copy controls from it to your own report designers as needed.
