Overview¶

The default formats available for emailing Microsoft Access reports are typically not preferred by users, especially in a professional setting. This article outlines how to export a report as PDF using a free product called PrimoPDF.

Walkthrough¶

When PrimoPDF is installed on your PC, it appears as an additional "printer". When you print anything on this "printer", a dialog pops up asking where you want to create your PDF file. Once you do, a PDF file of whatever you’re printing is created, which you can email to whomever you like. Here's how to get started with it.
