Summary George finds an excellent parking spot but must spend time protecting it. Kramer thinks he has discovered the result of genetic engineering experiment commissioned by the U.S. Army [a "pig man"]. Elaine and Jerry are asked to be godparents but worry about participating in the baby's circumcision.
