Overview¶

After downloading and installing Adobe's PDF IFilter, it won't work. This article describes the extra steps necessary to get it to work.

Solution¶

1. Downloading and install Adobe's PDF IFilter from http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/detail.jsp?ftpID=4025

2. Set your system PATH environment variable to the "bin" folder of the "Ifilter" installation. FORMATTER ERROR (Malformed List)
